My name is Tim White, I am a housing consultant for Carolina
Country Homes, Inc., based in Lancaster, SC.
I specialize in modular homes. I handle modular homes and land
projects throughout North and South Carolina.
With 12+ years of experience in the industry, I have the knowledge

My manufacturing facility has literally more than 500+ floor plans to
choose from. Beyond that, there are thousands of variations and
